Below is the questions which asked by a professor, named John Agno, who coaches executives and business owners on how to build their leadership capability;and my asnwers in bold.

Here are five tough questions to help you discover what’s important
to you:
1. If you were on your deathbed and you wanted to tell your children
– or the young people to whom you are close — the three most
important things that you’ve learned in your life, what would they be?

       1.To be independent,responsible and accountable
2.To have deliberate consideration towards every problems and must set a far sight view.Don’t just be induced and preplexed of the current and temporary advantaged illusion and situation.
3.Never do anything which is against the standard morality, harmful to your family, your friends, your associates and ……. . Don’t try to do anything which is beyond your mental, physical and financial capacity, cause that would bring you unexpected wind-up as you cannot control them.

2. What gives you the greatest joy, satisfaction and renewal in your
life and how could you do more of it?

To be successful and reaching the goal which has been set for a specific period of a specific task. However,to be together with the family would be the greatest joy in my life.

3. Who are you without your job, your money?  Describe in detail.

I would like to devide myself into two environment:
1.Me in the family: My family loves me very much, that is why I do love them too.Not because they are my family and they love me,but they are the good people who deserve to be loved, respected, cared and protected.
2.Me in the society:They might not like me as i always maintain my strict policy that noone should commit any mistakes. They will be punished or dismissed if they commit the mistake at the second time.

4. What activities could you add to your life that would be a source
of richness and joy?

Reading would be another source of enjoying new knowledge, experience and advise.Someitmes, things in the materials (books, thesis, news,….) can be used and implemented in our real lives. However, understanding others’ feeling and environment by associate with them would  make our lives become more colorful.

5. Think of someone you admire deeply–and explain why.

My grandfather. He passed away when i was only 3 years old.YOu might feel strange or even think that i am a stupid and untrustworthy person, because how a three year-old child could know clearly about what the circumstance he or she places in.Yes,the admiration totally comes from the description which is told by my father. My grandfather always thought about his sons and daughters rather than himself. He didn’t go to school when he was young, but he admired and respected someone who did. That is why he would rather do anything to earn enough money to send his sons and daughters go to school, especially my father, his eldest son.Unfortunately,he passed away when he was only 66 years old as because his job demanded huge physical labour and that time the medical technology was still limited and our country was still in the recovering of the civil war and adding to our poor economic income. Now,we are much better. My father wish that if my grandfather, his father, was alive,he would tell him that:Dad,I loved you so much. You know,we succeeded. We are much better now.We can afford most of the thing in our lives. We don’t have to live in such difficult environment as before and we will be going better and better

checklist for success

Below is the checklist of success which written by Mr.Robert Heller,Britain’s best-known author and business speaker on business management.

  1. IMPROVE basic, measured efficiencies continuously?
  2. THINK simply and directly about what you are doing and why?
  3. BEHAVE towards others as you wish them to behave towards you?
  4. EVALUATE each business and business opportunity with total, fact-based objectivity?
  5. CONCENTRATE on what you do well?
  6. ASK questions ceaselessly about performance, markets and objectives?
  7. MAKE MONEY- knowing that, if you don’t, you can’t make anything else?
  8. ECONOMISE always seeking Limo (Least Input for Most Output)?
  9. FLATTEN the organisation to spread authority and responsibility?
  10. ADMIT to your own failings and shortcomings and correct them?
  11. SHARE the benefits of success with all those who helped to achieve it?
  12. TIGHTEN up the organisation wherever and whenever you can because familiarity breeds slackness?
  13. ENABLE everybody to optimise their individual and group contribution?
  14. SERVE your customers with all their requirements to standards of perceived excellence in quality?
  15. TRANSFORM performance by innovating creatively in products and processes including the processes of management?

If you’ve scored 15 out of 15, who are you kidding? There are always areas of weakness. At 10 YES answers, you’re doing well, but with plenty to strive for. At 5 or less, your standards will let you down and let down your colleagues. These questions penetrate to the heart of successful management. They have passed, and will pass, the test of time.

‘Whenever God Closes One Door He Always Opens Another, Even Though Sometimes It’s Hell in the Hallway’

I would rather have one rose and a kind word from a friend while I’m here than a whole truckload when I’m gone.

Forward to all your friends.
And don’t tell me you’re too busy for this..
Don’t you know the phrase ’stop and smell the flowers’?
See how many ‘bouquets’ you end up with.

Happiness keeps You Sweet,
Trials keep You Strong,
Sorrows keep You Human,
Life keeps You Humble,
Success keeps You Glowing,
But Only
God keeps You Going
